Q: Why use the ticketing system?
A: Everyone on the IMS team receives a copy of your submission. This allows us to collaborate if needed and the first person available to perform your update is eager to claim your ticket and get started.
Q: Can I just submit an email with my request?
A: Sure, you can. However, requests submitted via the ticketing system receive priority. Emails that go directly to staff members may not be read immediately due to scheduled meetings and/or time away from the office; and there may be a delay in the task being assigned to a team member. With the ticket system the first available team member is able to jump right on a job, regardless of another staff member's schedule.
Q: How can I submit a ticket?
A: Just visit our website at http://www.integritymarketingsolutions.com/ and on the right hand side of the screen you'll see a tab for client support. Complete your ticket and click to submit.
Q: How can I attach a file?
A: Upon submission of your ticket you'll be directed to a thank you page where you may upload supporting files.
