Web-to-Lead forms take information that comes in when someone fills out a ‘contact us’ form on your website. Drawing on not one, not two, but three different software programs that capture and screen information, their email address, location, age, social media pages, digital citizen scores and any other information available on the web instantly populates a form that is now part of your E2 CRM.
You will know if they are a spammer, a spambot, from a competing law firm or a legitimate person who needs your services. And you control the conversation – from a text reminding them that they signed up for a workshop to the production and mailing of an on-demand brochure about their specific estate planning needs.
