Not all changes have to be big and drastic, unless your situation calls for it. Only you know that. But here’s another way to think about it: is your estate planning law practice still using the same computer system that it was ten years ago? Technology changes at a dizzying speed today, and by the time your computers are five years old, they are antiques.
The same can be said for your marketing tools. While you still need some non-digital tools, changes in marketing are also happening in lightning speed. Today’s law firm marketing is centered on eNewsletters, blog posts, a robust website, the IMS E2 CRM, lawyer videos and social media.
If your marketing tools do not include any of these digital tools, then it’s time for a change!
